Requirements

· Qualified Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate

· Knowledge of Wills & Probate Law and procedures

· Excellent client service levels and an understanding of the range and type of clients and their needs

· Experience of building strong client relationships to encourage an active pipeline of work

· Ability to operate file, case management and time recording systems in accordance with office procedures

· Complying with professional practice rules

· Assist in marketing activities and maintaining appropriate professional relationships with referrers

· Undertaking necessary training and development relevant to your area of work/ expertise
