The Role
Themis Recruit are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload of spinal cord injury claims related to medical negligence, as well as collaborate with Senior Solicitors on more complex, high-value cases. Over time, your caseload will likely evolve to include a mix of both spinal cord injury claims and other matters. Full training will be provided, whether your background leans more toward medical negligence or personal injury law.

Location & Flexibility

Requirements:
We’re keen to connect with someone who brings:
- Experience: A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in handling medical negligence claims. Experience with spinal cord injury claims is advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided if this area is new to you.
- Caseload Management: Ideally, 3+ years of experience managing your own caseload.
- Broader Interest in Personal Injury: A background or interest in personal injury law would align with the longer-term scope of the role.
- A Client-First Approach: Empathy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. You’ll need to connect with clients at a vulnerable time and offer guidance, support, and advocacy during challenging circumstances.
- Team Spirit: An ability to collaborate with others and pitch in as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
- Openness to Flexibility: While this is a full-time position, we’re open to alternative working patterns if they suit your needs.
