Your Role:
As a Solicitor in our clients RTA and Credit Hire team, you’ll manage a busy and varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated claims across Small, Fast, Intermediate and Multi-Track. From initial instruction to resolution, you’ll take ownership of each case, delivering practical, commercially focused advice to clients and ensuring the highest standards of service.

You will:

• Handle RTA and credit hire claims from start to finish

• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court documents with precision

• Liaise with clients, insurers, counsel, and colleagues professionally and effectively

• Meet financial and performance targets while ensuring compliance

• Support junior team members through mentoring and collaboration

• Contribute to departmental development and firm-wide initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years’ PQE

• Strong experience in RTA and credit hire litigation

• Solid track record managing a range of track-level cases

• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills

• A team player with strong commercial awareness
