Your Role:
As a Solicitor in our clients RTA and Credit Hire team, you’ll manage a busy and varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated claims across Small, Fast, Intermediate and Multi-Track. From initial instruction to resolution, you’ll take ownership of each case, delivering practical, commercially focused advice to clients and ensuring the highest standards of service.
You will:

Handle RTA and credit hire claims from start to finish

Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court documents with precision

Liaise with clients, insurers, counsel, and colleagues professionally and effectively

Meet financial and performance targets while ensuring compliance
-
Support junior team members through mentoring and collaboration

Contribute to departmental development and firm-wide initiatives
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years’ PQE
-
Strong experience in RTA and credit hire litigation
-
Solid track record managing a range of track-level cases
-
Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills

A team player with strong commercial awareness
