• Manage brain injury cases comprehensively, offering unparalleled legal support and empathy.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritise client rehabilitation and efficient case management.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Customize case strategies to address the unique needs of each claimant.
• Coordinate extensive documentation and expert reports to present each client’s narrative effectively.
• Work closely with seasoned counsel to ensure stellar client representation.
• Employ ADR techniques to maximize settlements while preparing cases for trial if required.
• Ensure judicious cost management across all cases.
• Stay abreast of pertinent personal injury law developments, particularly in the realm of brain injury.
• Contribute significantly to team-wide marketing and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully managing brain injury cases, from start to finish, including within court proceedings and Joint Settlement Meetings.
- A passion for ensuring early and full rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, utilising a variety of methods, with the ability to empathise with clients patiently and effectively advocate on their behalf.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to formulate case strategies and tactics.
- Acumen around issues of costs and disbursements
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of client care, professionalism, and ethics.
- An interest in understanding and developing team systems and processes.
- Experience and interest in marketing and business development in the area of brain injury
