Our client is a prestigious law firm renowned for its excellence in corporate law and commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their team at the partner level.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Corporate Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clients corporate law practice and providing strategic legal counsel to their clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, developing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate legal matters.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on legal issues, risk management, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with junior lawyers and legal staff to ensure the highest quality legal services are delivered to clients.
- Participate in business development efforts to expand the firm’s client base and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive legal solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers in their professional development.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on corporate transactions, including business and share acquisitions and disposals.
- Proven track record of successful client relationships and business development.
- Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development.
