Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified solicitor(approximately 5-8 years PQE) with a demonstrated background in commercial dispute resolution. The successful candidate will manage an existing caseload, provide support to senior fee earners, trainees, and other team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with and attendance on clients
  • Analysis of cases and provision of advice
  • Timely acknowledgement and progression of client calls and queries
  • Engage with other parties, ensuring precise communication
  • Escalate queries when necessary
  • Produce case documentation, summaries, and evidence
  • Manage own cases in compliance with procedural requirements
  • Draft documents for clients under supervision
  • Complete tasks allocated by senior fee earners on larger matters
  • Liaise with administration team members for comprehensive task completion
  • Attend court/tribunal proceedings
  • Collaborate with Counsel and experts
  • Flexible assistance to team members and the organization
  • Develop client relationships within the team and refer work internally
  • Meet individual targets and contribute to team target achievement
  • Provide approachable advice and assistance to other staff
  • Share ideas within the team
  • Recognise and utilize different skill sets within the team for cost-effective service
