This is a chance to work in a highly regarded, supportive, and collaborative environment, advising a diverse client base including developers, landlords, tenants, funders, investors, high net worth individuals, retailers, and hoteliers on a wide range of complex property matters—both commercial and residential.

What We Do
Our work spans four key areas:

  • Development & Neighbourly Matters – Advising on Building Safety, the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, Rights of Light, boundary issues, easements, nuisance, and related claims.

  • Residential Property Disputes – Covering leasehold enfranchisement, possession proceedings, service charge disputes, co-ownership issues, and tenancy enforcement.

  • Commercial Asset Management – Managing matters such as lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, break rights, rent reviews, and insolvency disputes.

  • Property Contract Disputes – Dealing with claims for specific performance, injunctions, building defects, misrepresentation, and professional negligence.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll lead on high-value and complex matters, manage client relationships, support team growth, and contribute to the wider strategic direction of the practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

You’ll be expected to:

  • Independently manage a diverse and often complex caseload across all four workstreams.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic and commercially driven solutions.

  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering hands-on guidance and feedback.

  • Take a lead role in litigation and ADR processes, from early-stage advice through to resolution.

  • Contribute to the development of the team’s knowledge, efficiency, and best practices.

  • Support business development through networking, thought leadership, and client engagement.

  • Manage financial aspects of cases, including budgeting, costs recovery, and liaison with insurers and costs draftsmen.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Significant experience in real estate disputes, with a strong track record of managing complex matters.

  • Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues.

  • Leadership capabilities and experience mentoring junior lawyers or trainees.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
