Our Client

The Property Litigation team combines deep technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach. The work spans complex commercial and residential property disputes, including:

Lease renewals, dilapidations and service charge disputes

Tenant default and possession claims
-
Restrictive covenants and redevelopment issues

Leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions
The team is also a proud member of Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP).
On the development side, the team works closely with Real Estate colleagues on options, overage, boundary disputes, party wall matters and rights of light issues.
The focus is not just resolving disputes, but preventing them — providing strategic, commercially minded advice that unlocks opportunities and minimises risk.
