Overview:
Join our clients Tier 1 ranked Personal Injury team as a Senior Associate specialising in paediatric neurotrauma. You will handle complex brain and spinal injury claims for children, supporting them and their families through litigation, rehabilitation, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of paediatric neurotrauma claims (pre- and post-litigation)

Conduct liability and quantum investigations; draft Schedules of Loss

Collaborate with medical experts, case managers, and therapists

Secure early rehabilitation and support services for clients

Advocate for clients in hearings and court applications

Support business development through events and relationship-building
-
Deliver an exceptional, compassionate client experience
Requirements:

Substantial experience with complex personal injury claims, including paediatric brain and spinal injury cases

Strong working knowledge of CPR, relevant medical/legal issues, and quantum calculation

Excellent advocacy, communication, and client-handling skills

Established professional network in neurotrauma and rehabilitation
