Senior Associate- Neurotrauma

Overview:
Join our clients Tier 1 ranked Personal Injury team as a Senior Associate specialising in paediatric neurotrauma. You will handle complex brain and spinal injury claims for children, supporting them and their families through litigation, rehabilitation, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of paediatric neurotrauma claims (pre- and post-litigation)

• Conduct liability and quantum investigations; draft Schedules of Loss

• Collaborate with medical experts, case managers, and therapists

• Secure early rehabilitation and support services for clients

• Advocate for clients in hearings and court applications

• Support business development through events and relationship-building

• Deliver an exceptional, compassionate client experience

Requirements:

• Substantial experience with complex personal injury claims, including paediatric brain and spinal injury cases

• Strong working knowledge of CPR, relevant medical/legal issues, and quantum calculation

• Excellent advocacy, communication, and client-handling skills

• Established professional network in neurotrauma and rehabilitation
