Our client, a well-established and respected legal practice, are seeking a skilled and experienced litigation solicitor to join their growing Dispute Resolution team as a Senior Associate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of litigious matters, including commercial disputes, professional negligence, contentious probate, property and contract disputes, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires a strong understanding of the legal process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years PQE and have a proven track record of dealing with complex and varied caseloads. The role will allow the candidate to hit the ground running with a full case load.
Requirements:
- 6 years + PQE
- A highly skilled litigator and seasoned, accredited solicitor
- Demonstrates organizational prowess, efficiency, and proficiency in computer skills
- Eager for both personal and professional advancement
- Exhibits effective communication with clients, colleagues, and support staff
- Displays ambition, enthusiasm, and energy, poised to contribute significantly to the expansion and triumph of the Litigation Department and the firm
