Senior Associate- Family

We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our clients nationally recognised Family Law team in the North West. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to take on a pivotal role, managing a varied and challenging caseload while contributing to team leadership and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce, matrimonial finances, private children cases, and cohabitation disputes.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members, ensuring high standards of client care and compliance with national guidelines.
• Manage sensitive matters effectively under time pressure, demonstrating strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Lead client meetings, offer clear and realistic advice, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Ensure efficient time recording and billing to meet personal chargeable hours, billing, and cash collection targets.
• Delegate tasks to team members and support them in achieving team goals.
• Actively participate in business development, networking events, and marketing efforts to enhance the team’s profile.
