This is a fantastic opportunity to join their dynamic team in London. The role will encompass a wide range of corporate responsibilities, with a particular emphasis on Mergers and Acquisitions.

Role Description:
As a Senior Corporate Associate, you will specialise in international corporate transactions, with a primary focus on high-profile M&A deals (both public and private). In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to work on venture capital, private equity, and equity capital markets transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on corporate transactions within a comparable environment and at an appropriate seniority level.
- Offer clear, precise, and practical legal advice while demonstrating technical excellence.
- Manage aspects of complex matters/transactions and client relationships.
- Collaborate with lawyers from diverse disciplines and jurisdictions as required.
- Contribute to business development efforts, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
- Uphold and enhance the Group’s technical expertise through training, precedents, and knowledge sharing.
