Senior Associate (5+ years PQE) – National Professional Indemnity

Our client are seeking a Senior Associate (5+ years’ PQE) to join their National Professional Indemnity team, with the option to be based in one of their offices in Manchester, Birmingham, or Bristol.

The opportunity arises due to a growing client base, presenting an excellent prospect for an ambitious litigator to join a renowned market-leading team within the hiring firms specialist professional indemnity practice group. Their expertise lies in defending claims against various professionals, including accountants, auditors, solicitors, insurance brokers, independent financial advisors, surveyors, architects, and construction professionals.

The work is diverse and intellectually stimulating, providing an exciting chance to be part of a highly respected Tier 1 team and gain exposure to some of the most challenging and intriguing claims in the professional indemnity practice area.

We invite applications from legal professionals with previous litigation experience in a professional negligence environment, irrespective of direct experience beyond traditional professions. Preferably, candidates should possess some experience in the insurance industry. We are looking for individuals with the capability to handle high-value and/or technically complex cases, supported by an effective network. A successful candidate will excel in building client relationships, demonstrating a high level of self-sufficiency and initiative.
