McKie Recruit are pleased to share this fantastic opportunity in a top 100 law firm. The firm is a market leader in both the Personal Injury Sector and Clinical Negligence. Due to continued success and growth, our client is seeking an additional RTA lawyer to join their busy Road Traffic Accidents Department. The ideal candidate will have between 1-4 years PQE/CILEX.
The caseload will be from cradle to grave and you will deal with all stages from portal to trial, so candidate must be an experienced RTA litigator. Cases will predominately be fast track but there will be some exposure to multi-track work.
Requirements
- Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload from cradle to grave.
- Genuine tenacity. Confidence in dealing with and using the CPR to win.
- Excellent client care ability, with a passion for achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Knowledge of Proclaim case management system.

- The starting salary for RTA Litigator is up to £40,000 DOE with a very generous commission scheme, paid monthly in arrears.
- Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30am Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
