An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Property Solicitor to join redacted, a growing and increasingly well-regarded firm in Luton. This is a genuinely exciting time to join the business as it continues to expand its property offering and invest in ambitious lawyers who want to progress.

This role will suit a driven solicitor who is looking for more than just a steady caseload — someone who wants to play a visible role in a developing team, build their profile, and take a meaningful step forward in their career.

You’ll benefit from hands-on exposure to high-quality work, close collaboration with an experienced Head of Department, and clear scope to progress as the firm grows.

The Role

You will take ownership of a varied residential property caseload, including:

  • High-value residential sales and purchases
  • Secured lending transactions
  • Landlord & tenant matters
  • Lease drafting and negotiation, including lease extensions
  • Deeds of variation and licences

This is a broad role offering strong technical variety and the opportunity to deepen your expertise across multiple aspects of residential property.

What They’re Looking For

  • Qualified Property Solicitor with circa 3+ years’ PQE
  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently
  • Strong technical grounding across residential conveyancing
  • Commercial awareness with an interest in business development and client relationship building
  • Confident communicator with excellent drafting skills
  • Organised and deadline-driven, with solid IT capability

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Clear progression pathway within a growing firm
  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and influence the direction of the team
  • Exposure to higher-value and more complex matters than a typical high street caseload
  • A platform to develop your profile and contribute to business growth
