Themis Recruit are seeking a talented and driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy and well-regarded Dispute Resolution team, based in their Birmingham city centre office.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected team handling a varied and high-quality caseload of property disputes. The role involves close client interaction and requires someone confident, communicative, and client-focused.
Key Areas of Work
The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Contentious Landlord and Tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants across residential and commercial sectors)

Boundary and rights of way disputes
-
General property litigation
-
Claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA)
-
Professional negligence claims related to property transactions
-
Commercial litigation experience is desirable and will be beneficial in supporting our wider litigation team when needed
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:

Has approximately 2–5 years’ PQE in property litigation (guideline only – we welcome applications from candidates outside this range with relevant experience)

Has excellent advocacy skills and is confident attending hearings where appropriate

Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, often under pressure and to tight deadlines

Is commercially aware, ambitious, and committed to delivering a high standard of client care

Is enthusiastic about business development and keen to contribute to the continued growth of the department
