Role Overview
Due to continued growth, Themis Recruit are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Litigation Solicitor to join this outstanding team. You will assist in a wide range of contentious property matters while working closely with highly experienced partners and associates in a supportive and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Act on behalf of a wide variety of clients in relation to property-related disputes

Manage a caseload under supervision across residential and commercial sectors

Assist senior lawyers with complex disputes involving:

Lease renewals and terminations
-
Rent arrears and service charge recovery
-
Building safety and cladding claims
-
Rights of way and rights of light
-
Party wall disputes and boundary issues
-
Telecoms and Electronic Communications Code issues
-

Draft legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
-
Attend client meetings, mediations, and court hearings
-
Keep up to date with developments in property law and litigation procedure
Requirements
-
UK-qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation
-
Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
-
Sound knowledge of landlord and tenant law, property law, and civil procedure
-
Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
