Property Litigation Solicitor

Our client, a well-established and dynamic London-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team. This opportunity is open to both full-time employees and consultants, with flexible remote working arrangements available.

We are particularly interested in candidates with 5+ years PQE in property litigation, who can manage a busy caseload independently and provide expert legal advice on a wide range of matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a variety of commercial and property litigation matters.

• Managing landlord and tenant disputes.

• Advising on breach of contract and breach of lease claims.

• Representing clients in building contract disputes and repossession claims (both residential and commercial).

• Managing housing possession claims and rent arrears cases.

• Dealing with rent review and commercial contract disputes.

Required Experience:

• Possession claims (residential & commercial)

• Landlord and tenant disputes

• Breach of contract and lease

• Experience with Housing Act matters, including service of Section 8 and Section 21 notices

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in civil litigation
