About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Property Litigation Solicitor (1–5 years PQE) to join our clients expanding and highly regarded Property Litigation team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in a thriving department within a progressive and supportive firm. You’ll work with a broad client base – including landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents and private individuals – on a diverse range of contentious property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage your own caseload (with supervision as needed) and support senior team members on complex cases. Typical matters include:

  • Residential leasehold disputes: enfranchisement, breaches of covenant, and management company issues

  • Commercial landlord and tenant issues: lease renewals, rent arrears, dilapidations, forfeiture, and breaches

  • Land disputes: boundary issues, rights of way, adverse possession, restrictive covenants

  • Trespass and nuisance claims

  • Co-ownership and trusts of land

  • Misrepresentation claims

  • Residential evictions and tenant breaches

You’ll also play a role in business development and fostering client relationships to help grow the department.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified Solicitor or CILEx (1–5 years PQE) with solid experience in property litigation

  • Confident working independently, while knowing when to seek support

  • Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to client service

  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

  • A strong communicator, both with clients and internally

  • A collaborative team player, eager to grow within a high-performing group

Experience with commercial landlord and tenant work is a plus, but not essential.

What You Bring

  • A strong foundation in residential property disputes

  • Interest or experience in new build property work (desirable)

  • Excellent client care and professionalism

  • A friendly, communicative, and proactive approach

  • Confidence in networking with local agents and referrers

  • Ambition to grow your career in a supportive, expert-led environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and a range of employee benefits

  • Flexible/hybrid working options

  • Clear and structured career progression

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • A collaborative and friendly team culture

  • The chance to work closely with experienced litigators in a supportive setting
