Position Overview: As an experienced Property Lawyer, you will be an integral part of our accomplished team, managing an existing caseload of property matters while collaborating with our dedicated support staff.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of property matters, including conveyancing, lease agreements, land acquisitions, and more (Residential and Commercial).
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, offering innovative solutions and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with support staff to streamline processes and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to stay up-to-date with changes in property law and leverage this knowledge to benefit our clients.
  • Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all cases, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in property law.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex property cases from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing caseloads and documentation.
  • Team player with the capacity to work collaboratively with support staff and colleagues.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding client service and upholding the firm’s reputation for excellence.
