The Opportunity
A highly regarded UK Top 50 law firm is looking to grow its Property Disputes team in Bristol with the addition of a Solicitor or Associate (NQ–3 PQE). This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established national practice with a strong reputation for complex, high-value property litigation and a genuinely supportive, collegiate culture.
You’ll gain exposure to strategically important regional and national matters, working alongside experienced practitioners who are recognised leaders in their field. The role offers strong career development prospects and early responsibility, supported by a deep and collaborative team.
The Team
The Property Disputes team is consistently ranked Top Tier by both Legal 500 and Chambers. It acts for a diverse client base including commercial property owners, developers, investors, registered providers, national housebuilders, public sector bodies and private individuals.
The wider property practice is regarded as one of the strongest in its region and continues to expand nationally, including in Bristol. Lawyers within the team come from a range of backgrounds including City, national and regional firms, in-house and local government.
The Role
You will work across a broad range of contentious property matters, including:
-

-
Trusts of land and TOLATA matters
-
Property disputes within the energy and renewables sector, including title and ownership issues, land rights, easements, restrictive covenants, options, overage and related claims
-
Trespass, nuisance and rights-based property disputes
You will build and manage your own caseload, work closely with colleagues in Bristol and across the national team, and support senior lawyers on complex and high-profile matters. There is also an expectation (and opportunity) to get involved in networking and business development activity.
