Position Overview:
Themis Recruit are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our clients dynamic Private Wealth Team in West London. This role offers a hybrid working model, with the expectation of being in the office upto three days a week. You will work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals with complex family structures and international assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advice on lifetime and succession planning.
- Structure Wills as part of estate planning strategies.
- Draft and oversee Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Create, administer, and wind up trusts.
- Manage estate administration processes.
- Meet regularly with clients to provide expert guidance on their matters.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members to enhance their legal skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Private Client Senior Associate, managing your own caseload.
- STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Previous management experience, including mentoring or supervising staff, is a plus; however, candidates looking to advance into these responsibilities are encouraged to apply.
