Principal Associate / Legal Director – Property Litigation

Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Principal Associate or Legal Director to join their leading Property Litigation team. As part of one of the UK’s most respected practices, you will advise high-profile clients across retail, leisure, development, and public sectors on complex property disputes.

You’ll lead significant matters including landlord and tenant litigation, investment and development-related disputes, and niche areas such as telecoms and agricultural law. This role involves managing key client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development and thought leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8 years PQE with strong experience in property litigation

• Strategic thinker with proven leadership and client relationship skills
