Personal Injury Solicitor

Themis Recruit are seeking a driven and dedicated Solicitor to join our clients well-regarded law firm in Brighton and Hove. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury to become a key member of our clients highly ranked Personal and Medical Injury team.

About the Role:
You’ll manage your own caseload of claimant-only matters involving high-value and complex personal injury and clinical negligence claims. The role also includes assisting senior team members with their files and contributing to inquest work and Human Rights Act claims. You’ll have the chance to engage in marketing activities and provide mentorship to junior team members.

This is a great opportunity to work within a Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners recognised team, offering hands-on experience, close support, and exposure to complex, meaningful cases.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence (essential)

• Experience handling your own caseload and supporting senior colleagues

• Strong communication, organisation, and client-care skills

• A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment

• Based in the South-East with the flexibility to travel for client meetings at home or in hospital
