Our client, one of Greater Manchester’s leading Claimant firms, are seeking a candidate that will play a crucial role in their fast-expanding Personal Injury department, with a specific focus on high value personal injury claims. This full-time position involves managing cases from the initial stages through to settlement. The successful candidate will handle cases valued up to £100,000.
Expected:
- Solicitor with up to 5 years PQE in personal injury law.
- Proven track record in handling high-value multi-track litigation.
- Excellent understanding of the legal landscape pertaining to personal injury claims.
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
Requirements:
- Case Management: Oversee complex serious injury claims, ensuring a comprehensive approach from initiation to settlement.
- Legal Expertise: Demonstrate excellent professional knowledge and experience in multi-track litigation, particularly in the realm of personal injury law.
- Caseload Management: Maintain a mixed caseload of high-value work, both pre and post litigation, showcasing a successful history of managing such cases effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of legal practice and compliance with relevant regulations, contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of legal professionals, contributing to the growth and success of the Multi Track department.
