The Role
Due to continued growth, Themis Recruit are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their expanding Litigation Department in Exeter. This department handles a broad range of civil litigation matters and is currently comprised of seven fee earners and support staff. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury cases.
This position is suitable for a candidate with 3 to 5 years PQE. We are open to applicants who may be senior paralegals, CILEX professionals, or solicitors. A genuine interest in, or willingness to learn about, other areas of litigation, including Clinical Negligence, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and progress personal injury cases.
- Provide legal support to partners and senior colleagues.
- Contribute to the firm’s marketing and business development efforts, including attending networking and social events.
- Provide excellent client care, offering clear and concise communication throughout the case lifecycle.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years PQE
- The ability to run cases with minimal supervision.
- A willingness to develop expertise in other areas of litigation, such as Clinical Negligence.
- A proactive approach to business development and networking.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
