Exceptional opportunity at a rapidly expanding law firm. They are seeking a qualified solicitor in personal injury, minimum newly qualified. This role is office based.
Candidate MUST:
- Manage a caseload of fast track and multi track litigated personal injury RTA EL and PL claims
- Prepare and draft legal proceedings required from the issue of a claim form until conclusion at trial
- attend case management conferences, either in person or by way of a telephone conference call
- Where necessary, instruct barristers to represent clients at hearings and obtain formal advice over issues of quantum
- Fully qualified Solicitor- NQ minimum
