We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Industrial Disease Fee Earner to join our client’s dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in handling complex personal injury claims, specifically related to industrial diseases. As a fee earner, you will play a crucial role in managing a caseload of industrial disease claims, ensuring legal compliance, providing exceptional client service, and achieving successful outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
- experience with Proclaim or a similar case management system
- Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury claims related to industrial diseases, such as asbestos-related illnesses, work-related respiratory conditions, noise-induced hearing loss, and repetitive strain injuries.
- Review, assess, and investigate claims to determine liability, causation, and quantum of damages.
- Develop effective case strategies and plans for achieving successful outcomes for clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on case progress and advising on legal matters.
- Maintain a high level of client service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
