The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in handling personal injury cases (EL/PL), demonstrating proficiency in legal research, case management, negotiation, and client communication. As a Personal Injury Fee Earner, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients’ rights and securing fair compensation for their injuries.

Requirements
- Progressing your caseload to ensure that clients receive appropriate and professional legal advice in a timely and efficient manner, whilst managing their expectations.
- Manage your own caseload from inception to completion.
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets and to prioritise a varied caseload.
- Work accurately.
- Use case management system and diary system to adhere to Court directions and keep cases moving forward.
- Ability to manage your own case load of personal injury cases.
- Experience within personal injury (some EL/PL knowledge would be an advantage).
- Target driven whilst maintaining exceptional client care.
- Confident when working to targets.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide a high level of client care.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, as part of a team and using one’s own initiative.
