The Team

What You’ll Do
As a Partner, you will:

  • Lead, develop and manage your own sub-team within the wider Housing Management & Property Litigation practice.

  • Advise on the full range of housing management and property litigation matters.

  • Drive business development initiatives, helping to promote the firm’s profile through client engagement, speaking opportunities, training, social media and thought leadership.

  • Deliver clear, pragmatic and commercially-focused advice.

  • Manage complex matters and key client relationships.

  • Supervise, mentor and support junior team members, contributing to the firm’s collaborative and collegiate culture.

  • Meet financial targets and ensure accurate time recording, billing and compliance with the firm’s procedures and Lexcel standards.

  • Support broader firm initiatives, including new systems and technology.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 10 years’ PQE (England & Wales) in housing management and/or property litigation.

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising or developing others.

  • A track record in business development and building client relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to navigate complex issues with sound judgement.

  • High attention to detail and a consistent standard of high-quality work.

  • A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach.

  • Competent in Word, Excel, Outlook and general IT applications.
