Our client, a dynamic Central London law firm, are seeking a full-time paralegal, preferably with experience in housing disrepair or landlord and tenant disputes. The successul candidate will assist the head of department with the running of a busy housing practice. Our client is seeking an immediate start.
Duties:
- Taking initial instructions from clients
- Entering data into CMS
- Preparing draft LOC’s
- Reviewing pre-action disclosure
- Updating clients
- Instructing Clients and experts
- Corresponding with opposition
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management is essential
- Candidates with experience dealing with housing disrepair/unfit for human habitation claims, and landlord and tenant disputes.
- Hiring firm huge advocates for continual professional development
