McKie Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a new Head of Department to join their busy Medical Negligence and Personal Injury team.
The role will involve working on and handling high-value caseload of predominately medical negligence files, along with some Personal Injury work.
The ideal candidate will be 5+ years’ PQE with excellent leadership skills and commercial awareness. Clinical Negligence and P.I law society accreditations are also desirable. This will be a fast paced role so the ability to work under pressure is essential.
The role offers a competitive basic salary upto £80,000 dependent on experience, and an excellent bonus structure. The role is based in Leamingston Spa and is a full time, permanent role.
