Our client, a leading London law firm specialising in Civil litigation, are seeking an experienced legal secretary to assist their senior partner. This is a superb opportunity for an established legal secretary to work for a well-respected law firm.
It is worth noting that the role is predominately typing up documentation. However, there are some secretarial duties. This includes liaising with clients,  and defendant solicitors.
Role includes:
• Assisting senior partner
• Secretarial Support including audio and copy typing
• Liaising with clients
Essential Skills required: 
• Strong language skills and an typing experience is essential
• The ability to transcribe from dictated letters using Olympus dictation. Although not essential, experience using Olympus is before is highly beneficial.
The job is varied with not just typing and file management, but preparing bundles, taking and making calls to clients, arranging meetings & conferences.

 

Requirements

• You will be a established Legal Secretary a minimum of 2-years experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritise along with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
