About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Legal Professional to join our in-house team, specialising in housing law and property disrepair claims.
In this role, you’ll:

Manage a varied caseload of housing-related legal matters, with a strong focus on disrepair cases

Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal teams and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and internal policies

Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks

Build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and legal professionals

Communicate complex legal issues in an accessible and solution-focused way
About You
We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with solid experience in housing law. Ideally, you’ll also bring:

In-depth knowledge of property disrepair legislation

Experience working within the housing sector

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
