About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Legal Professional to join our in-house team, specialising in housing law and property disrepair claims.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage a varied caseload of housing-related legal matters, with a strong focus on disrepair cases

  • Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and internal policies

  • Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks

  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and legal professionals

  • Communicate complex legal issues in an accessible and solution-focused way

About You

We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with solid experience in housing law. Ideally, you’ll also bring:

  • In-depth knowledge of property disrepair legislation

  • Experience working within the housing sector

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
