Overview

A highly regarded, long-established legal practice specialising in housing litigation is looking to appoint an experienced In-House Counsel / Senior Solicitor (Grade A level) to join its growing team.

    • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
    • 6% employer pension contribution

    • Private support via Employee Assistance Programme
    • Death in service (4x salary)
    • Subsidised gym membership
    • Enhanced sick pay
  • Supportive, collaborative culture with a genuine focus on work-life balance

  • Strong experience in housing disrepair / housing conditions litigation
  • Excellent working knowledge of:
    • Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
    • Landlord & Tenant legislation (including s.9, s.10, s.11)
  • Proven ability to:
    • Draft high-quality pleadings with precision
