This is a strong opportunity for a Housing Solicitor or experienced Caseworker looking to work within a specialist Legal Aid environment handling high-quality, varied and often complex claimant housing matters.
The Role
You will manage a broad and active housing caseload, with responsibility for your own files and client matters, including:
- Homelessness applications and appeals
- Possession proceedings and injunctions (including committal work)
- Housing disrepair claims
- Unlawful eviction matters
- Leasehold disputes and rent repayment claims
- High Court housing-related judicial review matters
This is a hands-on role within a busy Legal Aid team, requiring strong file ownership and day-to-day case progression.
