The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll lead a team of fee earners and paralegals, providing day-to-day guidance, supervision, and support while also managing your own caseload (with paralegal assistance). You’ll play a key part in driving team performance, ensuring high standards of client service, and contributing to wider department strategy and growth.

The firm is looking for someone who can motivate and inspire others, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive team culture. You’ll be heavily involved in coaching, training, auditing, and helping the team meet targets. There’s also regular collaboration with senior management and other team leaders to improve processes and share knowledge.

What They’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ litigation experience, ideally 6+ months in housing disrepair

  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to support and develop a team

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to manage volume work while maintaining high standards

  • Confident with MS Office; experience with Proclaim is a bonus

  • A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach

Salary, Hours & Benefits

  • Salary up to £50,000 (DOE) + bonus
