As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Litigators to join our clients dynamic team.

Position Overview:

Our client are looking for a skilled and dedicated Housing Disrepair Litigator to join their expanding team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and litigating a caseload related to housing conditions and EPA cases. As a prominent player in the field, our client are seeking individuals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a volume background, demonstrating a strong understanding of housing disrepair litigation.

Requirements:

1. Caseload Management: Effectively manage a litigated caseload related to housing disrepair cases.

2. Legal Representation: Provide expert legal representation for clients in court proceedings and hearings.

3. Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, provide legal advice, and update them on case progress.

4. Legal Research: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and precedents related to housing disrepair litigation.

5. Negotiation Skills: Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients, striving for optimal outcomes.

6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other legal professionals and support staff within the firm.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

 

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Housing Disrepair Litigator in a volume background.

2. Legal Qualification: Qualified solicitor with relevant legal qualifications.

3. Advocacy Skills: Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful outcomes.

4. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a busy caseload.

5. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

6. Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
