As a Housing Disrepair Litigator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and litigating cases related to housing disrepair and Environmental Protection Act (EPA) matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm committed to growth and success in the housing disrepair field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Caseload Management: Manage a litigated caseload involving housing disrepair cases efficiently and effectively.
- Legal Representation: Provide expert representation for clients in court proceedings and hearings.
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, offer legal advice, and keep them informed of case progress.
- Legal Research: Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and precedents in housing disrepair litigation.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Housing Disrepair Litigator, ideally in a high-volume case environment. Determination to grow in this area is highly desirable.
- Advocacy: Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle a busy caseload.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
