Our client, a prestigious law practice with a rich history spanning over 200 years in the Thames Valley, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Private Client Lawyer, to lead and elevate their Private Client team. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Private Client department, overseeing a team of skilled lawyers and support staff.
  
• Provide strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services and exceptional client care.
  
• Handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, demonstrating expertise in areas such as wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
  
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging professional development and continuous learning.
  
• Implement and uphold the firm’s values and commitment to excellence in legal services.
  

Requirements:

• Ideally a minimum 10 years PQE in Private Client law.
  
• Proven management and supervisory experience, showcasing leadership skills.
  
• Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
