About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to lead and develop their Commercial Property department. The Role

As Head of Commercial Property, you will lead the department while managing a diverse and high-quality caseload. You will help build, support, and mentor the team, supported by a steady flow of work and strong existing client relationships.

Your caseload will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals

  • Commercial leases and landlord/tenant matters

  • Development transactions, including options and overage agreements

  • Agricultural and land-related matters

  • Refinancing and investment portfolio work

Alongside fee-earning, you will contribute to business development, support junior team members, and play an active role within the wider firm.


About You

You will be a solicitor with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property and ready to step into a leadership role. Confident, commercially aware, and client-focused, you will bring a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
