Our client is seeking a driven Housing Disrepair Fee Earner who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role in an expanding firm. Excellent career progression opportunities. The role will include a board range of housing matters such as housing disrepair.
– Exciting opportunity for an experienced housing disrepair solicitor/legal executive.
– Run a caseload of housing disrepair cases from first response to trial.
Requirements
– Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. However, candidates that are experienced running a caseload post-litigation will also be considered.
– Civil litigation experience and good working knowledge of the civil procedure rules and fast track
– Experience of advising on legal issues within an in-house legal environment or similar
– Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
