Group Litigation Solicitor (Senior/Director)

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Litigation Solicitor or Barrister to join a growing and ambitious practice and work alongside experienced Partners and Senior Associates on complex, high-value collective actions.

The Role

You will play a key role in progressing large-scale claimant litigation, working closely with senior lawyers and leading teams of paralegals and other legal operations professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside Partners and Senior Associates to deliver high-quality legal work across complex litigation matters.
• Managing and progressing multiple case workstreams within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Leading and supervising teams of paralegals and other professionals, including data analysts.
• Drafting correspondence to opposing counsel, clients and other stakeholders.
• Preparing and reviewing documentation for submission to the Court or Tribunal.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, correspondence and other case documentation.
• Handling complex client queries and providing clear, commercially focused solutions.
• Managing legal documentation and ensuring effective case progression.
• Identifying and resolving data-related issues arising from the collation and management of client information.
• Building strong working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders and other professionals involved in the litigation.

About You

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with demonstrable litigation experience.

Ideally, you will have experience of group litigation, collective redress or another area of complex claimant litigation, although this is not essential.

You will also bring:

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A commercially astute approach and an understanding of wider legal and business considerations.
• Experience supervising trainees, paralegals or junior team members.
• The ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines effectively.
• Confidence dealing with complex or unfamiliar issues and finding practical solutions.
• A proactive, self-starting approach with a willingness to take ownership.
• A strong client focus and the ability to build trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
