They deal with a wide range of family law issues, including complex financial remedies, pre and post-nuptial agreements, child abduction, and modern family matters. Your Role
As a Family Solicitor, you will assist the Partners and Senior Associates with complex, high-value family matters, especially in the areas of financial remedy and children disputes. You will gradually manage your own caseload while receiving mentorship from experienced lawyers. Our clients close-knit team encourages professional growth, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your career as a leading family law expert.

Responsibilities

• Support Partners and Senior Associates on complex, high-value cases.
• Build and manage your own caseload, tailored to your experience.
• Provide expertise in financial remedy matters, including business structures, pensions, and international assets.
• Engage with clients on pre/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, and modern family issues.
• Actively contribute to non-court dispute resolution, including mediation and collaborative law.
• Assist with child abduction cases, working with international experts.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Family Law experience. Ideally 1-2 PQE.
• Familiarity with complex financial matters, children disputes, and international cases is a plus.
• Experience with business development and marketing activities is encouraged.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a client-first mindset.
• Willingness to follow the Resolution Code of Practice and adopt non-confrontational approaches.
• Flexibility to work both remotely and in the office. We welcome alternative working patterns.
