Overview:
Themis Recruit are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Solicitor with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience to join our clients established team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a family law professional to advance their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and prenuptial agreements.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on complex family law issues, ensuring tailored and client-focused solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support where necessary.
- Contribute to business development activities, including networking, building client relationships, and working with referrers to drive the firm’s growth.
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational and document management skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy in case handling.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in family law and apply this knowledge to client matters.
Key Skills and Experience:
- A qualified solicitor with 4-6 years PQE in family law.
- Strong technical knowledge of family law, including experience with financial settlements and child arrangements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload.
- Commercial awareness and experience in business development activities.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to meeting client needs.
