Themis Recruit are seeking a specialist family solicitor to join our clients well-established team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3-7 years PQE to take ownership of their cases, develop a reputation in family law, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing firm.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and progress your own caseload independently, providing excellent client service.
- Mentor junior solicitors and paralegals, demonstrating leadership and professionalism.
- Work closely with Partners and Legal Directors on both client matters and internal initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for referrals and business development.
- Develop a specialism within family law and actively engage with the wider family law community, including Resolution and YRes.
- Contribute positively to firm culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and high standards.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 3-7 years PQE in family law.
- Strong academic track record and proactive, client-focused approach.
- Able to manage competing priorities and take ownership of cases.
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage costs and client expectations.
- Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to a thriving team.
