Themis Recruit are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career. Due to continued success, our client are expanding our specialist team and are therefore looking for a proactive, client-focused legal professional who’s passionate about achieving justice for those impacted by medical negligence.

What You’ll Do

Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to resolution.

Provide clear, expert legal advice to clients on complex medical negligence issues.

Draft and review legal documents, including claim forms, witness statements, and expert reports.

Build strong, empathetic client relationships, offering consistent support and communication.

Contribute to business development by supporting marketing initiatives and helping grow the department.

Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to ensure the highest standard of client care.
The Ideal Candidate

Experienced Solicitor with proven experience in clinical negligence.

Strong client-care ethos and a passion for helping individuals affected by negligence.

Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset to support team and firm growth.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Analytical thinker with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Familiarity with case management systems is beneficial but not essential.
