Our client, a top 50 law firm, are seeking a skilled and dedicated Employment Solicitor to join our clients renowned team as an Associate or Senior Associate, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and representation to our clients on a wide range of employment law matters.

Requirements:
Legal Advisory Services:
- Provide expert legal advice on various employment law issues, including but not limited to, contracts, policies, disciplinary matters, grievances, and employment tribunal claims.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure clients are informed of the impact on their business.
Client Management:
- Manage and build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings, ensuring their interests are protected.
Case Management:
- Manage a varied caseload of employment matters, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, settlement agreements, and other employment-related documentation.
Business Development:
- Contribute to the growth of the Employment Law department through proactive business development activities.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, seminars, and client events to raise the profile of the firm’s employment law services.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Employment Law team and across other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Proven experience handling a variety of employment law cases, including tribunal claims.
- Strong understanding of current employment legislation and case law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Business development and marketing experience is highly desirable.
