Role Overview

You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients on a diverse portfolio of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Drafting contracts, service agreements, and staff handbooks

• Advising on employment policies, including performance, sickness, and misconduct

• Employment litigation including discrimination, wrongful/unfair dismissal, and whistleblowing

• Corporate support (employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, restructures)

• Handling complex executive exits and remuneration structures

• TUPE advice and redundancy processes

• Supporting clients with international workforce challenges

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a driven and commercially astute solicitor who brings:

• Qualified employment lawyer (experience at a respected regional, national or City firm preferred)

• Strong technical expertise with an ability to think practically and strategically

• Confidence working with senior business leaders and HR teams

• A proactive and collaborative mindset – someone who enjoys contributing to BD and practice growth

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to distil complex legal issues
