Role Overview
You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients on a diverse portfolio of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

Drafting contracts, service agreements, and staff handbooks

Advising on employment policies, including performance, sickness, and misconduct
-
Employment litigation including discrimination, wrongful/unfair dismissal, and whistleblowing
-
Corporate support (employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, restructures)
-
Handling complex executive exits and remuneration structures
-
TUPE advice and redundancy processes
-
Supporting clients with international workforce challenges
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a driven and commercially astute solicitor who brings:

Qualified employment lawyer (experience at a respected regional, national or City firm preferred)

Strong technical expertise with an ability to think practically and strategically
-
Confidence working with senior business leaders and HR teams
-
A proactive and collaborative mindset – someone who enjoys contributing to BD and practice growth
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to distil complex legal issues
