Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a robust track record in handling employer advice and senior executive matters.
• Engage in fee-earning work to contribute profitably to the Employment Team and Business Services Division.
• Contribute actively to the firm’s development in alignment with the business plan and overarching goals.
• Deliver high-quality commercial legal services while upholding personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the firm, promoting its values and reputation at all times.

Essential & Desirable Criteria:

• Admitted to the roll of solicitors or likely to be a member of the bar, or FILEX.
• Possess specialist knowledge in the relevant area of employment law.
• Attained competency levels relevant to an Associate (mid).
